Le Petit Chef - Columbus

Everything was absolutely amazing! The service, the food, and the entertainment! I would definitely attend another Le Petit dinner again. It was such a fun and memorable dining experience!

The portion sizes were smaller than expected, and we felt a bit rushed. Food tasted ok, but for the price we expected a lot better.

Service and show were on point. The salad and the dessert were good. The 3 middle courses were not. I didn't even eat the second course. It was awful. The show was super cute but it needs to be paired with food that measures up for the price.

This dinner was held in a conference room on the second floor of the hotel. The food was mediocre at best. It was similar to banquet food prepared ahead of time, kept warm, and then served. The dinner being held in a conference room made it very awkward and the acoustics did not match the expected ambience. If you want to listen to the same song over and over and over again, then this is the place for you. Not only that but the hostess’ microphone didn’t work, so we had terrible feedback describing the experience. Not worth the $149/person price!

The experience was worth the cost, the food...not so much. As a left hander I can tell you a sure fire way to tell an upscale restaurant. Look at the steak knives. High end restaurants have the knives serated on both sides to account for left handers. My girlfriend and I didn't even have steak knives from the same set. It was more of whatever they had. Undercooked carrots/overcooked seafood in the second course, undercooked green beans in the third course. Food presentation was decent, but if your going to pay 450-500 for a dinner for two with wine...find a michelin star restaurant instead.
