Customer Reviews
The hotel is in a good location, with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were friendly. The only complaint was that they couldn’t provide a king-size bed for us, even though we paid and booked online. They explained that they had run out of king-bed rooms, so they gave us a room with twin beds instead, along with some breakfast vouchers to make up for the inconvenience.Compared with other hotels in the area, the parking is more expensive. It costs $83 per day. Considering the high parking fee, I would probably choose a five-star hotel instead. At this price, there are more hotel options with better overall value and parking rates.
Probably the best Marriott I have ever stayed at stateside. Beautiful hotel, located in the downtown area, with amazing customer service and enormous. The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean throughout. The rooms have brand new LG smart TVs, very comfortable mattresses and large windows. Customer service was excellent and every single employee I interacted with was friendly, hospitable, kind and seemed to genuinely be happy to be there! Extra perk was the lounge for elite members, which included full breakfast and evening “appetizers” which was basically dinner.
If you’re looking for a hotel that combines boutique charm with genuine warmth, Le Méridien DC The Madison is it. From the moment I arrived to checkout, every detail felt thoughtful and personal — not like a big chain hotel experience at all. The room was beautiful, the atmosphere throughout the property had this quiet elegance that just made you feel at ease. And the location? Steps from so much of what makes DC special, with the White House practically around the corner. But honestly, what made this stay truly memorable were the people. Samira and Micah at checkout greeted me with real smiles and genuine care — not just hospitality-by-script, but actual human kindness. In a world that feels heavy right now, that kind of warmth matters more than people realize. Those small moments of conn
Stayed here for a night. Overall, a really lovely stay. This was exactly what we were looking for, all the little frills that make a stay feel special, not just functional. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was smooth. The room was well done, comfortable, polished, and thoughtfully designed. Nothing over the top, just done right. Didn’t get time to try the in-house restaurant or lounge, but grabbed coffee from their marketplace. Just delicious. Location is a big plus. A few blocks from the White House, very easy to walk around and explore. Only downside is the $30 per night destination fee. I understand this has become common across many chains, but it does feel like a bit of a surprise at check-in. It would be great if this was highlighted more clearly upfront. Nothing agai
I've stayed at this hotel a hand full of times and I'm happy every time. Check in is always fast and friendly. Everyone is always so helpful. My room is always clean. Breakfast in restaurant is included on mornings the lounge is closed. Gym is small but has newer machines and is good for a quick workout. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of things including restaurants, Whole Foods, etc. Train station is just 2 blocks away. I'll be back soon!
