Lazy J Mobile Home & RV Park

This place is a SCAM. It is over priced for the absolute nothing they provide. They raise the rent every chance they get and also expect you to pay all utilities! At this point it would be cheaper to rent an apartment. The lawn care is messy that's IF they do it, spraying grass everywhere and not even getting all the areas mowed. Their amenities are lacking yet they still want you to pay more. Why am I paying more and more when nothing is being upgraded?! I've been here for 2 years and everyone is moving, that should tell you enough. People are leaving because they are expecting you to pay an arm and a leg for a tiny plot with nothing included.

Beautiful family friendly park! Available for RV/Travel trailer or Mobile Home! Great management, that takes care of the park.

Lazy J is the place to stay! Quite the gem...finding it makes one want to yell, "Eureka!" Enjoy this park!

There website is misleading. There are no public bathrooms or showers. They closed the restrooms because they are too cheap to pay someone. They offer new tenants a move in fee of $495.00. They will then raise it to what people are paying now. Which is $695.00. They raise the rent whenever it's legal to do so. The lawns are mowed when ever they want. No raking just loose grass everywhere. The rent keeps going up and all amenities are going away. The amount of empty spaces should tell you something.

This park is neat and clean place to enjoy your home or travel trailer in Eureka! It is a family friendly park that has a well kept laundry facility and is the perfect distance from the bustling town of Eureka and Arcata as well as the California State Redwood Parks aplenty.
