My experience here started out ok. Low pressure with the water. Plumbing issues, when it rains the pipes back up in tub and toilet. If a person complains about issues. Owner is offensive and threatening to put you out. Owner has asked someone to leave without notice or reason. If you pay a deposit to live here more than 3 months, the owner will try to keep your deposit. Even though there isn't any damage to the property. My advice don't plan to stay to long and be sure to document your stay just in case you have to leave without cause.
