Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Renton

My stay wasn't the best you have to pay 15 dollars a day for parking now last time I was there it was free parking but not the case anymore..! Breakfast isn't the best selection it's just subprime breakfast cereal,bagels, etc no eggs waffles or anything like that you would expect at a hotel of this nature and notoriety room was fairly clean for the studio suite we booked the area isn't very convenient and not alot of transportation options within the area no good restaurants are within walking distance..! But the only brightside of my stay was the hotel staff which are very nice and friendly and very accommodating but I don't think I would stay here again personally at this hotel or neither would I recommend this hotel to anyone but to each his own my stay personally just wasn't the best f

We are so so sad about how run down this hotel has become. We’ve stayed here three times so far and sadly this will be our last. The carpet is coming up from most of the hallways and they attempted to fix it with duct tape. Definitely wouldn’t be safe for someone with mobility issues. Plus it just looks terrible. Our room smells like weed and there is a large red splatter of something sticky on the closet door. The couch is also sadly dirty with what looks like a burn hole from a cigarette. The little market used to be so well stocked but now it’s basically just chips and water. What used to be one of our favorite affordable places to stay is now being run into the ground :/

This is a charming looking hotel when you first drive onto the property. It looks like a large warm cottage. Inside the lobby has the same warm feel. The rooms are nice but old and worn, the furniture, appliances and cabinets also worn. My TV had sound but not picture. The young man at the front desk told me to unplug the router and wait to plug it back in, really! That did not resolve it. When I returned the next day, my TV was still broken. I informed the gal at the front desk. She replied, I'm just the front desk person! She offered to put in a ticket but, did not offer any compensation for my inconvenience. The Real problem with this hotel is supervision. They need an adult to oversee the maintenance and service activities. There are too many young people staffing this property.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at LL / ESA Renton. The place looks impressive and large from the outside and is well located for the I5 and I405. The room was large and felt very homely, it was nice having a mini kitchen to bring food back when needed. I would say the rooms will need refreshing in a year or 2 though. Breakfast was only ok, it was quite basic and predominantly pre-packed items. Also my room never got cleaned but maybe I should have requested it, not a big issue for me. I did find the staff to be helpful and very friendly, well done for that.

No Parking space and mean front desk staff. When we raised our point to the front desk they told us that they cannot do anything about it because even them as the staff are parking on the street. What is the purpose of a parking permit if we do not have parking. We end up checking out early because my spouse went home twice because there is no place to park our car. No breakfast too. They just placed some cereal cups and hot water. The description is not what it is and the reviews are not true to what we have experienced. Please review honestly so bookers will not be deceived.
