Best Western Plus Renton Inn

This Best Western in Renton has an excellent location. You really couldn’t ask for much better. It's right near major freeways, making it easy to get to downtown Seattle, the Eastside, or head south. The area also felt safe, which is always a plus. The building itself is very well done and feels modern. Everything looked updated, including the rooms, and cleanliness clearly seemed to be a priority. I regularly saw housekeepers cleaning throughout the day, not just during room turnovers. The fitness room was especially impressive, easily double the amount of equipment I’ve seen at other Best Western locations. Breakfast went above and beyond the standard Best Western spread. Positive: have stayed many times, it is tucked away. The hot breakfast with good sources of protein is good for an included breakfast and stff has been making breakfast for 23 years! Lovely to see a familiar smiling face. Negative: carpetting was coming unravelled at the tack strip, suspect that the carpet was not installed completely correctly so the vacuum continues to unravel.

We stayed there 2 weekends in a row, we came out for a game at TMobile Park and this was close. The service was phenomenal (Osmyrer), she had a great smile and took care of all of our needs when I had messed up our reservation. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing made for a good sleep. The only thing I think that needs attention is the breakfast, it is pretty pedestrian.

We had a wonderful stay at Renton Best Western. It all started with the young man at the front desk. Lamin F. was a pleasure to deal with and set the tone for our visit. He was respectful, informative, helpful and pleasant. We both thought he was a great asset to the Inn.||Also, the lady in charge of the breakfast bar was a delight. The food was fresh, tasty and well stocked.

The loading area, reception, breakfast room, and business center are all very appealing and modern. The rooms were okay - they are not the same quality as the common areas, but they were updated to a certain point. The bathrooms were fairly outdated, small, and the water pressure was mediocre, but the vanity and sink was separate from the toilet and shower, which I prefer. I wish they had Roku TVs as there were not many channels and my son only barely liked one channel, and it's only because it was playing Halloween movies, which is one of his fave holidays. Room service was on top of things. Concessions was way overpriced. In my opinion, the rooms were slightly overpriced as well. The hotel sits upon a steep hill with a speed bump halfway up, which was annoying - can't imagine how well
