When I payed for my room here I was homeless for a year and days away from a move into my new apartment... so I was like a A seasoned veteran in the world of staying in dangerous, bug infested, biohazard, nightmarish places not fit for human occupancy! LET ME JUST SAY, NO kind of life lives in this place, not even staff! I arrived and there was no one to give me my keys, no phone number to call, hell, the ring camera was broken... there were used syringes in the parking lot and that smell was straight out of a Lynyrd Skynyrd song. Dude, the signs are even run down with dead lights bulbs... looks like a location in the fallout series... I think i saw 8 different cars with people sleeping in them.... odd for a hotel. The rooms are fine. The value is good. But I have to lower my rating because the service is middling at best. The usual desk worker clearly doesn't want to be there (or be alive, not sure which). But last time we reserved a room, we got to the building about 10:45, the office was closed. There was a "back at 9" sign in the window. Now, last time we came and found the office closed it reopened about 15 minutes later. We waited nearly an hour, calling every customer service number we could find (there were more than one), the hotel (no answer), the customer service person was useless (she even called the hotel herself, which, yeah) and said she couldn't give a refund but that we were a "no-show" which is a lie since... we were literally there. This place is a dump. The guest laundry doesn’t work. There’s water all over the floor in there in my room. There was somebody’s toenail clipping on the floor. The shower takes a long time to get hot and sometimes it doesn’t get very hot. Same with the bathroom sink. The TV has white lines going across the screen. There’s no plug-ins in the room. The chair cushion is filthy dirty the refrigerator freezes everything you can see daylight underneath the door. The only thing that’s worth anything in here is the air conditioner. That’s the only thing that works good and the front desk person a gentleman that has plugs in his ears is very rude. He has no customer service at all. 1 star, I should have known something was wrong from the start. Owner did not look professional and proceeded to state the rules and regulations as well as give me a piece of paper that was crumpled that showed the rules and regulations. Secondly once I got up to my room, it did not look like anything like the pictures showed. Everything was extremely old and the bed looked like it was extremely worn as well as the pillows. The sink was taken off of the counter and was dangling. As well as the toilet did not flush, apparently there is a set time that the water turns on? Given everything I wanted my money back. I went back downstairs to receive a refund and the manager proceeds to say that since I booked with Expedia I had to take it up with Expedia customer service even though the manager

Pretty aggravating that I got a room and the lock was dead so by the time I got my stuff and got food to come back, I was unable to get back into my room and prior I did check the room. The seat was pretty old and not in the best condition, the towels were dirty with someone’s hair, and they charged me for the $100 deposit even though I had only put my stuff down and went to get food. In the morning the office worker tried to get into my room but couldn’t and had to get a different set of keys. I wait up to be getting bills that I shouldn’t have gotten. Also the location says Tukwilla but it’s in new castle going towards Bellevue. There is zero number to call and the numbers you find are out of state or out of service.
