A wonderful stopover during a long drive!|My dog and I checked in with Caden, who was so friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome from the start! The hotel was bright, clean, inviting, and decorated for the holidays. We had a terrific night, a good breakfast and were on the road by 11:00. There was even a little wooded area and small field for my dog, which was nice to walk around.|A great visit!

Positive: "" Negative: They charged $150 for incidentals on check-in which had not been disclosed prior. That is absolutely ridiculous for incidentals. What a hassle. The hallways, elevator, common areas... were not clean, nor was the room up to par.

Rooms were clean and lobby was modern and clean as well. Pool is small but perfect for kids. Pillows are my biggest complaint. The pillows are giant rocks with no give and there are no extra blankets in the room. Overall everything was great and no major complaints.

I stay here frequently for work, and overall it’s usually a good experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the staff is typically friendly and helpful. That’s why I continue to come back. However, today (02/27/2026) I had a frustrating experience. I tried to extend my stay by one day, which I’ve done before without any issues. The front desk associate told me there were no double beds available and didn’t appear to check the computer. Out of curiosity, I checked online right after and it showed that one double bed room was still available. I’ve generally had positive experiences here, but this interaction was disappointing and felt dismissive. I hope management can address this so returning guests receive consistent and attentive service.

Clean, comfortable beds, light breakfast. Pool was very warm. Spacious room that we were in. Lobby has a cleaning chemical smell but that doesn't extend to the rooms or pool area. Desk help kind and cheerful. Convenient to everything! Would recommend.
