Booked through hellolanding previous tenant was still there upon arrival and had to be evicted leaving us stranded for almost a week, arrived to room that smelled terrible and required deep clean to reduce smell which remained somewhat for entire 2.5 months. AC broke for last 2+ weeks of stay there. Location is amazing with groceries and metro few minutes walk and nice tex mex place next door. Landlord was let go during our stay so hopefully next landlord is better
