Management is very poor they don't spend any money on upkeep of the community. Management is the problem with this place and until it changes the community will continue to go downhill
It looks like an ok place but kind of expensive lot rent and water gets turned off during winter. Wouldn't live here personally.
Private community where management doesn't exist and we love it that way , stay away management.
Place is very quiet, folks that stay there are very friendly. I want a place there so bad lol....maybe one day.
Reasonable rates. Great group of people. Always something interesting going on.
