Dockside Lake Resort

Spent the last three days at Dockside with a large group and had a great time. Jen is very accommodating and just a wonderful person with a huge heart. The resort is very clean and has many upgrades, including a very nice, clean pool. Also within walking distance of Indiana Beach. Would definitely recommend and will be going back myself. Thanks again for everything Jen.

Love the whole vibe of this place! It’s the second year in a row that we have stayed here and I can’t say enough about how much fun we had, and how much we enjoyed our cabin. It was clean, spacious, and had all the necessities. Jen, the owner, is extremely accommodating and super friendly. The fire pits are perfect for gathering with friends, new ones and old, on a chilly evening. We’ve already made plans to come back next year!

This Motel has been bought by different owner it is a definite five star now. Beautiful view of the lake. Campfires available. Every inch has been renovated, even a new pool, give them a try! You won’t be sorry!|Walking distance to best renovated Indiana beach. They have had a busy winter with remodeling.

We recently stayed for 1 night in the 7/8 combo room for a birthday get together and we were very impressed. The rooms were very clean and spacious with plenty of sleeping arrangements. All of the beds were very comfortable (the futon bed was more comfortable than some of the nicer chain hotels we've stayed in). The pool was amazing and they even had some pool floats, towels, and sun block for sale in the office in case you book last minute and need a few things. They also have dock access to the lake with kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets for guests to use during their stay! They are located across the street from the main parking lot for Indiana Beach so location is perfect, just a few minute walk to the park, and if you're too worn out and don't want to walk the few minutes back a

We were so pleased to find this tiny community of lakeside cottages on the north side of Indiana Beach. Catch the trolley at the stop across the street or take a quick 10-minute walk to the amusement/water park for the day. The pool and fire pits were a lovely addition, not to mention the pier/dock access. Jenn was incredibly friendly and so helpful, even offering to take family photos before our departure. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was the perfect respite after a long, hot day in the sun at the park. The property is nicely maintained and the cottages, though slightly outdated, were comfortable. We will most certainly be back again!
