Lake Roy Beach Inn Winter Haven

I've been coming here since I was a kid with my parents. the rooms are delightfully outdated and the owners are so nice. you can bring your boat, the back of the property is gorgeous with seating and tables and covered areas, you really can't beat it. super family friendly too.

Overpriced dump! Charge me an extra 30 dollars for a room overlooking the lake! Place should be torn down and rebuilt. Had to climb an outside fire escape to get to my third story room. We will Never go back nor will we recommend it to any of our friends/ not anybody.

This resort was all the rage when I was young and now that I’ve moved away I love to stay here when I visit. Yes, it’s a little outdated but the owners are wonderful and they care deeply about your experience and are always willing to help out. The beds are comfy and we had plenty of blankets and pillows. But what I really want you to know is that the property is beautiful at night and the pool is inviting and if you know anyone with a boat they can pick you up right there at the dock and you can enjoy the chain of lakes. If you stay here I recommend the living waters boat cruises because they will be happy to drop you off at the dock here when your cruise is over. The sunsets here cannot be beat!
