Lake Logan Country Cottages - Cottage On The Lake

2nd time renting the cottage from Sally we did another one last year. So relaxing can go fishing and hot tub all the trails are super close and food places. Dog friendly

This is a legit log cabin ON the lake?! Win-win?! The logs are all exposed and are 18" wide and one is 24" wide! If you love primitive decor this really is the place for you! The kingsize bed and linens made for a very restful sleep. You have a private view of the lake from the deck, from the hot tub, off the small dock or out the windows. Just delightful! The owner was in great communication during the process and lives nearby so that's a bonus! I had great wi-fi connectivity, too. It is conveniently located to ALL the places visitors want to see and experience!

This property is completely neglected. Everything is dirty, broken, or worn out. The carpeting is torn and stained throughout. The entire cottage smells like mold. The well water has a horrible rusty smell that clings to everything. The outside decks are filthy and covered in leaves and cobwebs. there are cobwebs and dust inside too. There are holes in the dock big enough for your foot to fall through. The central air doesn’t work. The cottage is not cleaned between guests - the owners make this clear. We cut our trip short by one day because we couldn’t stand the disgusting conditions any longer.

We've been renting their cabins for almost 8 years now. And I can't say enough great things about all of them. The owners are amazing cabins are amazing the lakefront cabins are the best you can't beat the view and for a very reasonable price.

They have had our business for 7 years, always leave the place like we arrived if not cleaner. They don’t want you to use any of their grills or they are “ruined” can’t have any fun while staying here or it’s a big NO and you won’t be allowed back. Will blame you for ANY complications with their hot tub even if you didn’t use it. Don’t give these people your money. We have gave them thousands to be told we can’t stay anymore. God forbid you use WOOD to cook your food outside. Be sure to ask them permission to do anything beforehand or you will be charged and not allowed back. Terrible business. SAD. At least our son has had some great memories out of this… the ONLY positive. Don’t get me started on how rude and disrespectful the cleaning lady is, that only has to clean the bedding after
