It is a transient housing pay by the week. Very small rooms shared bathroom with everybody else on the floor. High crime area, lots of drugs in the building.I would not stay there

New owner and management. They are going to upgrade the inside building and renovation the hallways .. l am happy that the management office is downstairs.

This is not a hotel that you go and just spend 1 night.. people rent the rooms there to live there so with that being said if you wanna live there it is always full they but people do move out you just never know when so they suggest you call everyday to check if there's a room that's empty.

This place should be condemned. Drunks yelling at night reeks of cigarette smoke and other things. The female at the front desk is like talking to a wet paper towel not type of people skills rude!

I Was Here For A Very Short Time In 2014 .. At That Time Is Was $750 The Owner Comes In The Morning And is Extremely Hospitable And Personal. Keep In Mind At That Time No Food, Hotplates Or Air Conditioning. For Many This Was A Boarding House Not A Hotel. I'm Surprised To Hear It's Let In So Much Rifraf. But Staff Was Kind And Helpful.
