Not so clean and no space every RV is right next to eachother reasonable rent but not so great place to stay

The management are very nice and helpful ( Mrs Dara and Mrs Deleon ) so is this area very calm and to quiet but over all safe been here 2015 and I have not have problems w our neighbors the neighbors I know and are friends with are very helpful as well we watch over each

I was not allowed by management to park next to my campsite and my vehicle was broken into. The site flooded in a rain shower.. Management was indifferent to my concerns. And it's obvious that you don't have any records of anybody's complaints. I went straight to your managers site and reported the break in. And she wouldn't even come look at the damage.

This location has multiple issues. While front desk has scattered availability, issues are addressed with solutions that never happen. Issues include, safety of park individuals, gardeners have no regard for peoples property and continue to make damages, most lots will flood when raining, mailbox keys are impossible to receive, any maintenance that is being conducted has short notice or no notice at all, internet service is horrible to work with, pets are always roaming around, and the streets are packed with vehicles not allowing safe passage for drivers or new comers trying to station their RVs. The safety of the park has improved but a lot of homeless individuals roam around and people whom appear to be on narcotics approach your property in the middle of the night. Some park members h
