La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Univ Area Chapel Hill

Nothing physically wrong with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and I had a great sleep on a comfortable mattress. Pretty decent sized flat screen, but the only remote available was one that came with the tv, so selection of channels or services on the television were next to impossible. If you're going to provide cable service, perhaps you should include a cable remote. Breakfast was the usual tasteless Fair although there's a waffle maker and biscuits and gravy both of which were pretty tasty. Overall perfectly acceptable stay. I'd say the outstanding features were comfortable room with a comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff, at least a few of whom spoke enough English that we could communicate. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was comfortable. Breakfast options did not meet the expectations set by the rest of the hotel experience.

This hotel was very nice. Very clean, a great free breakfast buffet and coffee, the rooms felt huge, the water pressure was great, and they were very polite. It is not a “high end” hotel, but definitely gives the closest feel to one for a great price. The fitness center looked clean (didn’t have time to check it out), and the indoor pool was closed, but the dining area and sitting areas were clean and spacious and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would stay here again. The only negative was the sate and quality of the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable and sunken in the middle. But it was a small sacrifice for the bargain price.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had as a traveler. The hotel property is clean, well-maintained, quiet, and accessible. The staff was incredible, particularly Teri and Dee. I arrived for the first time, not knowing what to expect. The design of the rooms and the entire hotel was very nice --reminiscent of "old world" Spanish Inn--of course. The rooms I stayed in (I ended up returning to the hotel each couple of days I was back in the area) were clean, well-maintained, tidy, and mostly quiet. One stay I was in a room on the side of the main highway, so that was a bit noisy; nevertheless, inside the hotel was quiet and clean. The staff, from Terri and Dee to the breakfast staff to housecleaning were outstanding. I kept returning to the hotel for a reason! I am a stickler for cleanline

Stay at many LaQuinta Inn and almost everyone i would usually run into some issues but guess what NOT THIS ONE ! from the moment I pulled up the place looked new and well maintained went in front doors Beautiful front lobby brand new rugs nothing but fresh air smell, the lady at front desk very professional walk down hallway to first floor rug again brand new fresh smelling carpet no musty smell at all so we opened up the room door and was so pleased hard wood floor looked brand new, nice size ac worked perfectly bathroom was so clean and well stocked with all products for shower water pressure from shower great plenty of hot water i could go on and on but bottom line best EVER! La Quinta I have ever stayed at i will be back so if your in Chapel Hill area book this HOTEL
