La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sebring

My recent visit with my racing team was enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Raven at the front desk. Her warm and friendly demeanor, accompanied by a perpetual smile, created a welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me most was her consistent greeting each time we entered the hotel, as if it was our initial encounter. Additionally, she took the time to learn our names, addressing us personally after a short while. This level of customer service is a testament to her outstanding character and the establishment's commitment to excellence. The breakfast was satisfactory and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. I would like to express my gratitude to the housekeeping staff for maintaining a tidy environment.

The hotel was nice , we were traveling with our dog and the room they gave us was not that clean, the carpet was quite dirty ! The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The breakfast was good they had pancakes, sweets, bacon scrambled eggs etc..

Positive: Located where I expected. Breakfasts were good and changed daily. Clean Breakfast room. Management worked hard to maintain property. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Negative: Needed some repairs and improvement. Pool not open when we arrived. Back door lock did not work. Sometimes it was open sometimes not. Keypad was broken.

We stayed here for two nights and it was fantastic! Amber is an amazing employee and we felt so welcome when she greeted us at the desk. She also upgraded our room without us asking, which was a plus. The rooms are clean and their Dove conditioner and bar soap is a nice touch. Their breakfast is so good and they have a variety of foods including waffles, cinnamon buns, yogurts, biscuits, and omelettes. The staff are very polite and friendly too. I would definitely stay here again!

I reserved a wheelchair accessible room and arrived tired and looking forward to a shower and a good night's rest. When I entered the room I saw that a box was built around the sink that prevented me from rolling under it. The shower, half blocked by this box, had shampoo and soap dispensers installed very high on the back shower wall - out of reach. The shower fixture that was designed to be a hand held device was secured at the top of the shower wall - also out of reach and unusable to someone sitting. The only accessible feature was a grab bar next to the commode. To make matters worse, the hotel had placed two box springs under the mattress, making the bed too high for me to access. This was NOT an accessible room. I did not shower, wash my hands or brush my teeth because of these bar
