This hotel is pet friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room felt spacious with the high ceilings. The staff was pleasant. The front entrance and lobby area looked beautiful and clean. The room we were given had a strong odor. It kind of smelled like cat urine. There were parts of the furniture that had been clawed and chewed up. The fake leather on the office chair was heavily peeling and my puppy kept trying to eat the loose pieces. There were spots in the bathtub were the outer surface had broken away. Overall the room did not feel like it was as clean as it could or should’ve been. The night we stayed law enforcement came to the hotel. I’m not sure why they were there, but they stayed for a while. We called the front and asked when breakfast was, and were told that it was from 9-12… My family and i woke up at 10, went downstairs only to find out breakfast had ended at 9. Terrible customer service and Terrible room. The sheets had a weird smell to them and the tv in our room dident work.

If I could give negative stars for rooms, I would! This is by far the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets were disgusting in the hall as well as the room! The door to the room looked like it had never seen a clorox wipe and the ledge on outside of room looked like someone threw ketchup everywhere. Our first room had grease and grime on one of the walls and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. We asked to move rooms and they granted us that, the new room was recently painted but you could smell the mold in the room. The front desk were nice, but really did not care about their appearance. I did not eat breakfast as I did not trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. Unless you are absolutely desperate for a place to stay - DO NOT STAY HERE!

Terrible stay. The whole hotel needs a refresh and a decent handy man. Nothing is caulked correctly causing mold. Counter tops and shower walls have huge gaps causing mold. Leather chair was falling apart. Huge gaps in the wall trim. Considering how busy the hotel was everything needs to be updated. They also needs to be more inventory out during breakfast . Huge line for waffles and nothing was stocked.

The room was very large, which was the best part of the hotel. It did not feel clean. We wiped it down very thoroughly. Building and rooms need a lot of updating. Elevator stopped working for part of it. We needed an extra set of sheets, towels, and pillows and had a difficult time getting them. Was told by the front desk "I don't do the laundry. Sorry." They pulled through though and got us what we needed. Stayed two nights and had a very positive experience the second night with the staff. Had an issue with a toilet that was fixed very quickly by a nice gentleman. Breakfast had a waffle maker, instant oatmeal, eggs, sausage, and cereal.
