La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Airport

Evening shift was Great. Night shift girl very rude. Well never stay here again. She also didn't know or didn't want to print the receipt I needed. Every place I've been knew how to get the receipt that showed 0 balance. I travel a lot will till my company people to not stay here either. I was assured the shuttle would leave at 4 am. That didn't happen had to get a Uber.

Very accommodating. Friendly sraff and you can bring your pet. Some rooms show some wear and tear but those are currently being updated. Great location close to the airport, Alamo Heights, Walmart in case you forgot to bring something. And downtown not too far away. And great price on trips.com

Overall best first time experience in a Quinta. Had never been before this! Was greeted off the bat with a smile and acknowledgment! Rooms were well kept even though the wear and tear of all places that are used for that purpose have aspect issues. Cleanliness and tidiness was good. Staff was excellent and building gives a nice view. If the standard is met nationwide I’ll be looking forward to staying more in a Quinta!

Convenient location to SAT airport. Not the best part of town, but definitely not the worst either. Service at front desk was ok, but just ok. The hotel is old & needs renovation badly. It's not just dated, but poorly maintained. The room wasn't filthy, but it was far from clean. Bathroom smelled like urine, and the towels smelled strange. My biggest complaint though, was the random weird looking guy just loitering & wandering around the parking lot, the gang banger looking guy hanging out in the hallway on our floor, and the amount of noise allowed in the hallways until very late into the night.

Positive: The late night check-in agent was awesome! She was lively and funny and made the experience fun and made me feel happy after a long day. Negative: The hotel could use a little TLC to improve cleanliness and appearance, especially in the lobby and around the check-in counter
