Most importantly, the shower has an inch of a drop off IN the shower and right where you step out, so be careful! I slipped a little and could see someone getting SERIOUSLY hurt. Anyways, I don’t think I’ve ever left less than a 5 star review for a hotel. It was just things like the breakfast was good, but they didn’t clean up as guests left so it was a mess. The rooms were fine, but the AC set up made no sense, the sheets were scratchy, the walls were paper thin. The staff were ok, but I wouldn’t call them friendly. It could’ve been perfectly fine nice, but it just needs effort.

Overall – very good. Friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, but they close it at 9 am. Three groups (including ours) arrived at 8 after and it was closed. After politely complaining that they never told us at check-in, the concierge asked them to open it back up. They did until 9:30 and everyone was happy.||The pool was nice – but warm. ||Their fitness center was exceptional – especially for such a small hotel. This was a great gym. ||Upon returning from dinner, the concierge stopped us to pickup our extra towels. She remembered when we did not. Excellent service. ||The parking is safe, and the hotel is in a quiet location. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant. Our room was nice and spacious with a king sized bed and a chaise lounge sofa -that also was a fold out bed. The room was even large enough for us to comfortably open a Pack-n-Play and still have plenty of room to function. It fit perfectly beside the bed and did not block the sofa so that it could still be used. The room also had two dressers, a tv, a desk with chair, two night stands, a mini fridge, coffee maker, closet with safe and a bathroom with a glass door shower (no tub). This hotel is pet friendly too, so I noticed some claw marks/scratches on the back of our door -but it wasn't very noticeable. The hotel also has a fitness/gym room and a pool. The room was nice overall, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. However, there was some noise at night from other rooms, and parts of the hotel felt a bit old in both appearance and smell. The staff seemed somewhat tired and not very organized. The general atmosphere felt a little unwelcoming, although the hotel has potential with some improvements.

From the time we entered the hotel to when we left, the entire experience was good. Friendly staff provided helpful support when we needed it. Our room was clean and bedding fresh. The bed was very comfortable and I had a hard time wanting to just leave. Breakfast was good. Basic food provided on our weekend trip. Will come back.
