La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Cary

Let me say that I have stayed in a number of hotels in the North Carolina area and I found my stay at La Quinta very very pleasant. The rooms are wonderfully decorated very efficient and very comfortable. The staff from the front desk staff Jonathan Anna Ricardo Bure to the housing staff Led by China, who is spectacular. They were not only friendly but knowledgeable and very efficient my entire time at La Quinta has been wonderful. The fact that they have a full breakfast. Every morning is spectacular and it’s run by Jay and another assistant who are both wonderful. My entire experience was great. I recommend it very highly

Great location. Quiet, safe (I was traveling alone), convenient to stores and highways. I enjoyed my stay. I checked in between 2-3 am. Front desk associate was so polite and helpful. My room was always neat and clean linens every day. I would definitely recommend.

If it wasn’t for Ricardo from Maintenance, my rating for this stay would have been much lower. He is truly the standout employee of this entire property.||||When we arrived, everything seemed fine until we used the restroom. Every time the toilet was flushed, water would splash out everywhere — absolutely unacceptable. We notified the front desk immediately, and luckily Ricardo came to fix it. He did his best, but the issue was clearly more serious, and unfortunately the fix didn’t hold. When we contacted the front desk again, they told us there was nothing they could do because maintenance had gone home for the night. They said the hotel was fully booked but that we would be moved to another room the next day. They instructed me to check back around noon.||||I did exactly that, and was to

Positive: The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating when weird things pop up - like a fire alarm or no heat in a room. The hotel is under refurbishment so they're dealing with nonstop challenges. Negative: Because the property is under refurbishment, there is a LOT of noise until weird times of the evening, but understanding that in advance prepares travelers for any challenges associated with the construction.

We had a really pleasant stay, thanks in large part to the amazing staff. Ricardo from maintenance and Anna at the front desk were especially outstanding and incredibly quick to help out on a Saturday night when needed. They were lovely, friendly, and super efficient, and their assistance made all the difference. The location was also great, with a Walmart and several restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was fine overall, though the orange chair could benefit from a deep cleaning.
