La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham OKC North - Quail Springs

Hotel seems outdated. Bathroom need to be redone. Super small closet. Breakfast was not the best. Not much to choose from. The waffles saved the breakfast. No toppings for oatmeal?!? All workers were nice. The kids loved the pool. Fridge and microwave in the room is a plus.

We had a couple hiccups with 2 rooms however, not 1ce did staff get upset (not that it was our fault anyway but some get frustrated regardless). Not only did the take c/o the problem they far exceeded our expectations and experience. I explained to them what led us to stay there (myself & 13 y/o) and they definitely got the assignment. The breakfast, 10/10. It was plentiful and delicious, even the eggs :) it is clean, there is no "hotel" odor & best of all, it's quiet. The pool is perfect size for a nice dip and was not crowded. My girl & her friend had the whole pool to themselves while I took a final soak in the room jacuzzi tub.

I recently stayed here with my husband and 2 dogs. The pros: Close to a lot of good places. We ate at Kyuuramen and it was extremely good then walked around the mall. The area is super convenient and close to a lot of things. Theres a couple of places you could walk to too if you don’t have a car available. The cons: Our bathroom’s counter was dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. Like other reviews state the shower severely needs to be updated. They laid down a non-slip sticker in an attempt to cover the wear of the tub. When we checked in we were told breakfast started at 6 am. However, at 0615 I saw that the lights for the dining area were off. There was food on the counter so I thought it was a mistake and switched it on. Staff member at checkin was amazing, attentive, and handled everything efficiently. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were all great! However, the building is VERY outdated and old. The bathrooms are disgusting and in disrepair with old caulk and mold on the ceilings. The TV was great and sharp, one of the best we've seen in a hotel, and the beds were fine as well. ||There was also a disturbance in our hotel the night we were there, on our floor, probably two doors down. A group of undesireables were yelling, crying, and generally being disruptive for about an hour but a very brave front desk clerk came up and made them settle down. Thankfully, this was around 1130pm so we were able to get some sleep. ||All in all, the staff at this old decrepit building deserve much m

Positive: Big rooms. Breakfast great. Fridge in room. Negative: Sink faucet had very little water pressure. Bathtub faucet wouldn’t stop running. Would not turn off. This should have been obvious to the maids.
