La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham N Little Rock-McCain Mall

I wouldn't stay here again. The room was ok, kinda stuffy. There were 2 rooms on this floor with cloths, sheets, something laying on the floor, door length. Laid like you would try to block out light if the cloth were on the inside of the room. Definitely smelled cigarette smoke. May be a smoking property not sure. Did notice a sign No Smoking in the lobby. Didn't seem to be a clean place. Did not look at breakfast area. Definitely not what I expect at LaQuinta.

It was clean but a bit run down for a La Quinta. The toilet wouldn’t flush in our room, ended up overflowing onto the floor. They didn’t hesitate to get us to another room. It’s not a bad place and I would probably stay again, but from now on when I check into any hotel, I’ll check to see if the toilet and bathtub drains are working properly before I unpack and settle in. Breakfast was quite a bit below average, but I prefer the IHOP right out front anyway

😢: My colleague and I stayed here for two days due to a business trip. After we got back, both of us got urticaria. I'm severely allergic to the bed sheets in the room. Besides, there was a strong strange smell in the room. The hygienic condition was really terrible..

Late check-in. Staff was courteous. The room smelled clean and fresh. My daughter showered at night, water was hot and had great pressure. I showered in the morning with the same results. The beds were very comfortable, which was appreciated after a long day of walking at the Renaissance Festival. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold options. Will definitely stay again.

Bottom line is don't stay here, the smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night and the price you pay gets you a much nicer place almost anywhere else. ||Parking lot was pretty empty which should have been a sign. Location had construction going on and ripped up plastic was supposed to shield from dust but it wasn't effective. Smoke alarm chirping starting at 3am which was not fun and calls into question how often they update their safety stuff. Noticed the posted elevator inspection notice expired months ago in 2025. Had bare wires and no operational smoke alarm in the room and the staff were just fine leaving us like that. Overall just a bad experience and the front desk staff had nothing to offer to fix it.
