La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Primacy Parkway

Hey so, I used to live here. My mother beat me and hurt me and all that junk. I am SO grateful for the employee here that called CPS, i love them, i do not know their name but i would kiss their hands and feet if i could. I am so grateful. I want to hug them so bad and tell them how they saved my life for just doing the right thing. Thank you. I cannot believe im ALIVE. I dont know if they still work here but..i need to thank them

One of the worst hotels experiences I have ever had any where! Dirty room, the fridge and lamp didn’t work. The front desk staff could not have cared less. I was told based on the rate I paid I wasn’t guaranteed everything would work! I am totally serious! Just horrible.

My experience at the Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Primacy Parkway was nothing short of a complete disappointment. This hotel, unfortunately, left much to be desired in terms of comfort and cleanliness. First and foremost, the issues with mold and mildew were impossible to ignore. The pervasive musty odor in the halls, stair wells and room made it clear that these problems had gone unaddressed for far too long. The walls were not spared either, with noticeable signs of neglect and filth. The main elevator being out of commission during my stay was a major inconvenience for me and our group of 11 senior citizens. Please be advised this location is awful. We had issues from the time we pulled into t he parking lot. There was no handicap parking slots or close parking available. Our room was reserved months in advance and there were no rooms available upon our arrival. Check in was at 3PM we arrived after 5PM. The nice front desk clerk Ashley personally went and got a room set up for us. The other management staff didn't seem to be concerned. Once inside of the room the walls appeared to be dirty and the carpet was disgusting. There was a strong smoke odor. I had to spray our room with Lysol and Febreze. The bathroom was dated and needed repair. Anytime we took a shower the tub would fill with water. There was one night there were no towels available so we went to target to buy towels. The absolute worst! We had to switch rooms 3 times and each one was worst then the previous room. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry our bags up and down the stairs multiple times. Mold in the shower! Splatters (that appeared to be bodily fluids) on the walls! Lights missing from the wall! Smoke detectors and phones do not work! The hallways smelled heavily of smoke, despite the no smoking signs. DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN! RUN FAR AWAY! Owners and management should be ashamed!
