Stayed here for a work trip and unfortunately had a really bad experience. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room clearly wasn’t properly prepared before check-in. The desk didn’t even have a chair, and the bathroom was missing basic amenities like body wash and a hair dryer. To make things worse, I saw a cockroach in the room shortly after checking in. That alone made the room feel very uncomfortable. The key card was also a constant problem — it stopped working almost every day, so I had to repeatedly go back to the front desk just to get it reactivated. The elevator was also concerning. The lights inside were constantly flickering and it often malfunctioned. It honestly felt like something out of a horror movie. Overall the hotel feels poorly maintained and not well m

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband who is in the Army on assignment, arrived late at night after a 10-hour drive during the arctic storm, only to be told by the front desk that there are no available rooms. The front desk lady also confirmed it to the booking company. She said she couldn’t cancel his reservation due to a manager not being available so late at night. He then had to drive again in hazardous conditions to find another hotel double the price of his original reservation fee. Despite never receiving a room, the charge is still pending and management has refused to issue a refund. This matter has been escalated, and we hope the hotel will take responsibility and resolve it. We are simply grateful he made it safely to another hotel alive. We will update you all to l

Customer service at this hotel was very good. all of the people at the front desk and in the shuttle vans were helpful and pleasant. Those are the only positives about this place. I stayed here because it was the only hotel that had an airport shuttle at the early hour I needed it. In retrospect, I should have booked a room and paid for an Uber. My room was old, outdated, smelly, and dirty. I didn’t bother to complain because it didn’t look like anywhere else was going to be any better. It was a short night of sleep between arriving in town and catching a flight. The pipes in the walls were loud. The room was dark. The walls and baseboards were dusty. I stayed one night at the hotel in September. I need something close to the airport since I had a very early departure. Management - I have one thing to say to you... Pay Nicole and Amy double. They performed white glove service. I got to the hotel earlier than expected and the front desk team (Nicole and Amy) allowed me to check in. When I got to the room, I was too scared to put my luggage down. I went back to the front desk and told them I was not going to be staying. They could tell I was uncomfortable and asked me a why. Understanding my concerns with the room's smell (of urine and mold) and overall condition (nasty carpet), they asked me to give them 30 minutes so they could find me another room. Positive: Only the front desk employee, so she was kind. Negative: After midnight arrived & I found 4 or 5 kids playing loudly in the lobby,for breakfast, there was no coffee or tea available. Kids were still there, running around, & it seemed like they had slept in the breakfast area. breakfast area was also very dirty.
