La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Melbourne Viera

Young man at check-in was extremely pleasant. Very strong cleaning smell or !!!! throughout first floor. We had a quiet stay on the first floor. The staff we encountered were all pleasant. Room and bathroom very clean and our king bed was “very” comfy as were the pillows. Everything felt and smelled freshly cleaned. Bathtub had a low spot under tub mat, don’t know what that’s about! Has a very good breakfast with good selection of offerings. I ran over to the Starbucks for my iced coffee and returned to eat with hubby. We had a good overnight stay especially for what we paid. Feel this place could use upgrade in areas but this did not reflect a bad stay. When entering our room there were several black stains in carpet. Why wasn’t this addressed or fixed before a guest stay? Picture att

This was definitely a low budget hotel so I was skeptical but decided to try it out because they only charge $25 for dogs. It was in a decent area right off 95 with a Cracker Barrel and Starbucks and Burger King right in front and a Walmart behind. Upon entry it definitely looked a little old and tired but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean with no overpowering cleaning product smells and the bed was adequate. The pillows weren’t great but I always bring my own. There were all of the essentials - soap shampoo conditioners and coffee. And the toilet paper was decent. No stains on the rug or furniture. If you set your expectations low you will be pleasantly surprised!!! This was better than the home2 suites and residence inn that we paid 2x as much for the previous 2 n

Positive: During check in, the front desk staff member ran my credit card multiple times, resulting in two charges appearing on my Citi Bank account. When I returned to request a correction, he initially processed a refund, but immediately became hostile. Negative: He repeatedly interrupted me, refused to let me finish a single sentence, and would not review the information provided by Citi Bank. Instead of resolving the duplicate charges, he attempted to force me to pay a third time and even threaten to call police

I spend 2 nights in this hotel here are my thoughts: The location of the hotel near the motorway is great you can’t hear the cars at all and the hotel is surrounded by the shopping mall. The large parking lot is around the hotel and the gas station is in front of it. The personal was friendly. The entrance as well as the elevator and corridors don’t look like very good but I can’t say any bad word about my room. It was new renovated 2 bed room with 2 a/c and clean bathroom also a larger smart tv was there. Only problem in the room were the chargers - they weren’t many power outages in the room. Some negatives about the hotel are the dirty carpets in the corridor and creepy elevator but otherwise everything is good, even for its price. For The breakfast you can eat bagels ,bread fruits yogu

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. During check-in, the gentleman at the front desk acted as if my presence was an inconvenience. He didn’t make eye contact and rushed through the process without basic courtesy. The room initially appeared acceptable, but issues became apparent once I tried to settle in. After a three-hour flight delay, I was sore and decided to take a bath. On the towel left on the tub ledge, there was visible pubic hair woven into the fabric that clearly was not mine. I immediately got out and dried off. I was unable to sleep comfortably because the bed sheets were itchy and uncomfortable.
