La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jamestown

I will never stay here again. Customer service was horribly rude. They changed my card $175 because the beds were not made up and there was a towel on the bathroom floor. I will not stay here again. Good luck to anyone who does. Check your cards. My son asked a house keeper for a trash bag and yes she yelled at him in front of me. They didnt clean our room one time the whole stay.

Positive: Staff are very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is always good. Negative: I always try and get a room on first floor or closest to elevator because I have my elderly mother with me but its never available.

Very nice hotel. Great clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. The morning breakfast had a pretty good selection too and was quite full afterwards. The location of the hotel is nice in the heart of Jamestown with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed here passing through on our Way to a Bills game. Overall a great stay. Theconly negatives were the guy running thr front counter was kind of quiet and definitely could use some customer service training. The woman checking us out in the morning was very pleasant though. Also, the body wash and shampoo needed refilled on our shower. Otherwise a great stay, and would stay here again. Very reasonably priced for a one nights stay.

Staff is not prepared for cleaning, poor breakfast, room is good but the amenities is poor. Parking lot very small.

Reasonable accommodations at a reasonable price. As usual, I was quite happy with the stay. I have been staying Here as it has gone through many rebrandings, the first was a Best Western. Through it all it has been a clean, comfortable residence. It is convenient to the 3 big draws in town, the National Comedy Center, a surprisingly interesting and well thought out space, the Lucy Museum, a nice visit to find out the difficult life she had despite all the laughs she gave us, and the Northwest Wrena, an event and hockey venue. We also ran across the Wright Aviation Museum in the old Hotel Jamestown, which was not only free but also manned by a helpful volunteer who is a retired radio announcer from the local flagship WJTN.
