Hampton Inn & Suites Jamestown

The only reason I gave them a 5 star is 10 wasn't available. Held an event in the conference room and the staff was amazing. Super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a small meeting venue. They did a great job.

It's not the four seasons so no five stars but it is great. The staff could not be nicer. All of them from the kitchen staff to front desk and manager. All helpful and friendly. Room was clean and neat. The free breakfast was very good.||Hope all hotels are this good!

Booked 2 king/sofabed rooms for our 2 couple group headed to Holiday Valley for skiing. Great location for our needs. Hotel is clean, had no smoking odors, free breakfast served hot & fresh with many options. Lobby very comfortable with 24/7 tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Small-ish salt water indoor pool. Rooms/furnishings had minor wear. Beds very comfortable and towels soft & fluffy. Staff were excellent. Special treats at front desk for HHonors members.

The hotel is exactly that, a hotel with a five star staff, five star service, and five star maintenance as far as their rooms go. The front desk is always attentive, friendly and professional. If there is ever an issue with the room, they look to fix it immediately, or accommodate you to take care of the problem. I haven't had an issue myself with anything on site and will continue to make my reservations through them.
