Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jamestown by IHG

All and all was a good stay! Saturday night around 1am a entire bus load of young men on a sports team of some sort arrived. Had to be 35 of em! They were not very considerate to the rest of the hotel. I called down to the desk because it sounded like the room above us was wrestling and stomping about! The guy at the desk informed me that a sports team had just checked in and they were just getting settled! It didn't quiet down till after 4am!!! Maybe next time put them on the ground floor. So noone is under them. It was very hard to sleep! Other than that it was ur typical Holiday Inn Express!

Had a great nights' sleep after the most lovely Delaney checked my daughter and myself. She upgraded us to a suite and put us right across the hall from the pool which my little one was very happy about. That showed how Delaney actually cared about the happiness of our experience and the comfortability of our overall stay. She was friendly and personable. The hotel itself was cozy and inviting. The bed was AMAZING!! My only complaint is that the pool was frigid. That would be great if it had been outside but not in an enclosed setting. Other than that breakfast was hot, bountiful and filling. The young man who was overseeing the dining area was on the job to keep it top shelf. He did a stellar job and should be commended. I would like to give it a 4 but its probably a 3 and a half. Had a few problems, First room had a plugged sink so they switched us to another room. The new room had a broken shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder. Window shade was also not working properly. Seems like it has some deferred maintenance issues. It was clean enough and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical. Location was good. I feel like they should have offered me a few rewards points or something for the problems we had when I reported them.

I was there staying with my grand children. The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. The pool area was way to warm and the water in the pool was to hot. The breakfast on the first day was ok . The food wasn't very warm. I would stay again. It met our needs.

Clean rooms, nice staff, nice stay. Breakfast was good. Nice facility. Indoor pool not heated, no hot tub, fyi, but nice pool area. Would stay again.
