I’ll start with the most modern feature of our stay: multiple QR codes posted around the room so you can tip housekeeping digitally. Nothing says “welcome” quite like being prompted to tip before you’ve even checked the bathroom. Bold strategy. We arrived late and went straight to bed, no issues there. The adventure began the next morning. I stepped into the shower and quickly realized I was also stepping into what could best be described as a shallow indoor pond. Two to three inches of standing water that simply refused to drain. We improvised: Phase One shower for everything above the ankles, Phase Two shower strictly for decontaminating feet after standing in what I can only hope was just yesterday’s guests. My daughter & I stayed at the Eugene location this past Thursday through Sunday. We were in town for a comedy show. The motel was close to the venue which was perfect. We didn't get in until early Friday morning but the front desk receptionist greeted us warmly & gave us the details about the amenities including the 24 hour pool & hot tub!! Breakfast was served from 6-10 which was perfect after driving all night. Our room was perfect!! This was the first time in a long time that we have been able to find tv channels to watch and enjoy a few movies. The hot tub was very relaxing!! I was able to wash our laundry instead of having to bring dirty clothes home. In fact we got so comfortable we decided to stay an extra night!! We will definitely book with La Quintana Inn & Suites Wyndham Eu

Upon checking in my reservation could not be found. I was accused of booking 3rd party but did not and finally my reservation was found. Staff member came off rude. Upon walking to our room i noticed trash in the pool area that was dark, old, and dirty looking. Areas of the halls needed deep cleaning. Halls smelled of mold and weed smoke. The elevator was tiny and dangerous feeling. Our room had an absolutely moldy gross smell that I can't even explain. The hotel started to trigger my 14 year old daughter's asthma. We tried to check out 5 minutes Upon entering our room. Staff accused again of booking 3rd party and refused to refund us or give us a recipet again stating I booked 3rd party. I did not book 3rd party I am a rewards member and have several emails as proof that I booked directly

Our favorite place to get away. 24 hour pool and hot tub is an amazing perk! Huge shout out to Sati for making sure we got the room with burners. Such a nice touch being able to cook for him while we are away.

The hotel was great! Only complaints, slow drains in sink and shower, very icy freezer in fridge, and only one laundry bag. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The room was clean, but we did not realize the window had been left cracked open and could not figure out why it was so cold. LOL. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if we are in the area!
