La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Emporia

Nice value. Great location. No hot tub. Everything clean. Coughing fellow accross the hall was also loud in my room. At least he didn't caugh during sleeping hours. Otherwise, decent. Typical wyndham breakfast without the scrambled eggs. Guess those are tomorrow. They had hard boiled eggs instead.

The location was great for a 1 night stay passing through. Everything needed for quick meals and "forgotten items" shopping was within a block. The exterior and interior were in good shape, and upon entering the lobby, it smelled nice and there was a cucumber fruit water dispenser, which was a great touch of hospitality. The coffee was decent. The pool had an accessible chair. Our room, an accessible hearing/mobility had a roll in shower with bench. At the sink, hand wash and lotion was accessible from seated as was the open concept closet clothes hanging bar. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower were up higher, as was the bed. Hotels should have accessible rooms with beds at wheelchair height for transfer. I have never had this be the case so I leave it at 5 stars. We'll st

Nice shower. Good location, close to restaurants. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Clean room. Nice pillows. Quiet. Tolerable stay.

Positive: Easy access, friendly employees, room appeared to be clean. Negative: Heater was very loud. Good thing it didn't turn on very often

The rooms seemed super quiet. When we can out of ours we could hear our loud neighbors, but not inside the room. Bathroom looked nice, needs a night light. Beds were comfortable. They had lots of plugs but no USB ports minus one hiding on a box by the TV. Should update the lights to accommodate. Window blows cold air in. Needs to be updated. Hallway carpet is gross and bumpy. Felt like the floor was missing some concrete underneath. The young man at the reception desk was wonderful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was lacking in quality across the board. And seating is very minimal 1 big table and 3 tiny ones with a bench that sits way too low relative to the table.
