Far enough out of town to get away from the traffic, close enough where you’re only a minute or 2 away from everything. Quiet peaceful living, and the manager Sarah always makes sure to take care of any concern I have quickly!
Quiet, country side living! Not too far out of town which is great. Dumpsters are conveniently placed on just about each street for tenants, two mailbox areas, multiple bus stops for kid’s who go to school. Park manager is very friendly & responds in a timely manner if you ever need anything! The maintenance men are also very friendly & try to answer any questions that you may have! My family has lived here for 4 years & it feels nice to see familiar faces everyday!
I loved living out there at Green acres it just got too expensive ! Lion coffee electric was outrageous they want a fortune for the electric out there ! They keep raising the lot rent up out there which is ridiculous !
I have lived here almost 2yrs now it’s a quiet calm great place to live
Management is the worst over charge and the take out the dumpsters but you pay for trash to be removed
