Positive: "" Negative: The handicapped room was a joke. Zip ties and mold in shower. Shower ran all over floor, very unsafe. Mold in the fridge. End table looks like it's been chewed on. Filters in the ac were gross!

I have stayed here on and off over the last few years and I will always come back. The manager has been there for 9 yrs and cares about this hotel and it's guests. The pool is warm and very clean as the rooms are. The breakfast is good and the dining room is clean. Any issues I've every had has been handled quickly and efficiently.

Great location, big and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Our room was a little dirty upon check in, we were only provided 2 towels for 5 people. When we asked for more towels it was made a big deal. The next day after swimming we needed more towels for showers since the other ones we had were now dirty and when I asked for extra towels I was only provided one in which the front desk man complained that I needed more when we have 5 people in the room and one wasn’t enough. He then proceeded to follow me up on the elevator and waited outside my door for the dirty towels in the room which was weird and unprofessional and uncomfortable. Everyone working here so far has had a stank attitude. It’s a cheap place to stay but I recommend taking your money elsewhere for better service :)

Pros: the employees are nice. Cons: the rooms and common area is disgusting. Definitely the worst hotel I've stayed at in 10 years. Unfortunately we're in town for a work event and all near by hotels are fully booked so we're stuck here. Towels were ratty, evaluator button was so gross, I didn't want to touch it. The shower had mildew and broken tiles with grout coming out. Our white socks are now black because the room carpet is filthy, see video. The only reason why I didn't check out ask for my money back is because everything else was booked within a 30 minute radius. Everything was filthy!
