I drove from Michigan to Florida to visit family and stayed here as my halfway point. I was looking for a hotel with its own “dog relief area” and after searching I saw they had a fenced in area. Realistically this was ALL I cared about bc my dogs love to be off the leash to go potty. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean. I requested to stay on the 1st floor for my 2nd stay but my the room I booked wasn’t available on the 1st floor. They made sure I had the 2nd floor on my second stay! Perfect! The breakfast in the morning was on point! I’ve stayed at hotels quite a bit and the selection was great! The hotels itself is off the beaten path from I75 and across from a QT. I stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga -|Lookout Mtn. The hotel was very, very clean. I travel a lot and this is the first hotel in the states that does not have carpeting!! Hallelujah!!! All hotels should don the same. Carpets are disgusting, dirty and bad for people that suffer from allergies. The fitness center could be improved. The speed on the treadmill machine only went up to 3. Overall, nice place and not expensive.

I booked a 2 night stay for 1/16/26 and 1/17/26. My Mom and I were visiting the area to enjoy some of the tourist stops. On Saturday morning, January 17th, as we were departing for our 10:30am reservation, we realized that our hotel room door was not staying locked. We did everything we could to see if we could get it to lock, pulling the door tightly, opening and closing it. Going back inside and pushing it closed from the inside, while one of us stayed outside to see if that would do the trick. It did not. You could easily open it without a key card. We went downstairs to speak to the person at the desk, Ruth, who said all she could do was call maintenance and have them take a look. So back up we went to our room to get our stuff because we did not feel comfortable leaving our items in

Best pet-friendly hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Rooms right near doors for easy & quiet access to outside, all LVP flooring for easy cleanup in case of accidents, etc. My FAVORITE amenity is the fenced in, gated, and sizeable area to let your dogs sniff around and get their zoomies out area. My room was clean, stocked, has shampoo/conditioner, soap, lotion with a very nice shower. Breakfast was plentiful and their pancake machine is amazing! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
