La Quinta Inn by Wyndham St. Louis Hazelwood - Airport North

I had an amazing time in st.louis. Then I had unexpected car issues. THE very 1st night one of the workers (Sid) welcomed me was super nice & very helpful. Well of course 1 night turned into 3 nights. Another employee Rick was very helpful gave me tips on were to eat & what not to eat. They were sold out and he made sure that I was able to keep my room. He was very pleasant every day making sure I was ok. Anything I needed help with He made sure to assist me. And the rooms were immaculately clean the manager of housekeeping was very welcoming made me feel right at home. I appreciate u all in making sure I was comfortable & content with my stay. I appreciate u all very much. I felt like I was at home. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank u all

My family suffered a house fire and the first place we came was the LaQuinta it's familiar and in the area. The rooms are spacious and were nice and tidy. Our family occupied 2 rooms and we had no problems with the staff overall. It's in a quiet area close to alot of convenient places. The hotel has a laundry are that was accessible anytime and it was quick and never packed. The hotel offered breakfast in the morning which was helpful with the kids. Brandon with the dreads was our favorite and Ms. Michelle at the front desk.. 🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼 They made this process seamless and very smooth. If we needed anything they provided it and did it with out any attitudes or hesitation there was also a tall male with dreads very polite I didn't get his name but he was amazing as well and didn't mind helping

I was very disappointed with my stay at this La Quinta Inn, especially considering the price. The hotel was noticeably dirty, and the entire floor where our room was located smelled strongly of weed. Inside the room, there were unidentified stains on the carpet, stains on the bathroom walls, hair in the corner of the bathtub, hair on the toilet seat, and even a long hair in my bed. Overall, cleanliness was a major issue and made the stay very uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay—enough to get by, but not enjoyable. The biscuits were cold, which made the biscuits and gravy unappetizing, and the eggs didn’t look appealing either. Waffles seemed to be the main option, and I didn’t notice any sausage, bacon, or potatoes available to go with them. For what I paid, I expected much better. Un

The front entrance is nice and bright with a seating area. The carpeting on the first floor hallway could use a good shampoo. Our room was comfortable and well lit. Surprisingly, it was quiet considering it’s near a busy highway. First time in a La Quinta hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend for a one night stay.

This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It was extremely dirty and unsafe.||Cleanliness: The bathroom was disgusting dirty floors, a filthy bathtub with hair inside, and caulking that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The air conditioner smelled like urine mixed with cheap air freshener. One of our team parents had issues with there air not working. Took them over an hour to come take a look at it. Sheets were stained and pillows were clearly very old. The desk lamp shade was badly stained, curtains were falling down, and the carpet was ripped. Doors had blue marker drawings on them, closet trim was scuffed, and door knobs were dirty. Both carpet and tile floors were dusty and full of dirt. We had to go buy cleaning supplies and room spray because it was not
