HAVEN INN & SUITES

The people are nice and respectful. But I could tell tons of previous people who stayed there trashed the room, left tons of food out, and just destroyed the room. Even when the maids and cleaning people cleaned it the best they could. It was still bad. It was bed bugs and cockroaches. Just filthy people. Not everyone, who stays here are filthy people. But there are some people. Who ruined it for the rest of us.

First off I stayed 2 nights with my family it was easy and fast to get into. The room was horrible sheets where discussing but didn't complain... Then I booked one of there extended stay rooms again filthy like it's never been cleaned ... I didn't notice until the 3rd NIGHT MY FRONT DOOR DIDNT LOCK... Mind you I have 2 kids with me. Still didn't complain. The woman owner didn't want to help us out at all with the security issue and concern. Her goal was to just kick us out. She was rude and didn't not represent the company as her employees clearly do. .... DONT STAY HERE ! unless you just use to filthy 🤦🏽‍♀️and rude behavior. On top of that no refund nor compromised this place should be shut 👇🏽

The room has some weird red substance in it. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms like stated on the website. I've have tried ro cancel my reservation but they won't do it because they "can't". It's a completely terrible place. All I wanted was a partial refund and they refused.

Disgusting. Broken toilet. The pillows aren’t even rectangle because they are so worn. Not worth the money. The front desk person quoted one price when I called but then told me a higher price verbally when I was there but then ended up charging me a different price on the receipt. You can literally just save yourself the money and stay somewhere better for the same price. The furniture was broken in my room. This place isn’t taken care of at all.

well, I don't do reviews. I was new to the city and the staff were very welcoming and very helpful. its like 7 min from the airport .The room was clean and very quite. I loved our trip to St' Luis. I really recommend this place.
