I’ve been here for about 10 days now and honestly small issue that got fixed fast. Other than that my experience here is overall great. The staff are really friendly and nice. Ms Yolonda one of my favs so hip and very funny. She very respectful to all of her guest and she makes sure your stay is worth it! She make sure to let you know the rules kindly and very politely.

Good location and if the service wasn't good it would of been a nightmare. booked over the phone arrived, waited there for 20 minutes at the front desk for the lady to come back and stand there and then says well a manager will be with you shortly to show you the room before you pay. Thank God they did show us because I've been in jail holding cells that were cleaner and smelt better then the room we were shown. It smelled like straight piss looked like blood had been splattered on the door and the manger said they cleaned but the smell will not come out I looked at my wife and 6 year old and said I think we are going to pass. Zero Stars. Checked-in. Went to our room and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned! No pillows or bed sheets. No shower curtain or towels. Trash on the floor. Smelled like someone had just been smoking a cigarette inside the room. Light only illuminated the entryway, the part with the bed was dark and gave off a creepy vibe! Went to front desk and gave back the keycard. Do not stay here!!

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Super helpful, friendly front desk staff, the housekeepers aren't banging on your door 10 times within a half hour like a lot of places if you're a few mins late. Conveniently located at 270 and Lindbergh, so it's close to just about everything. For under $100 a night, this place is a steal.

My Room was terrible. Sink rusted, freezer dirty beyond words, outside refrigerator dirty as well, no lodge chair,toilet dirty too. Bathroom rusty too. It was 479.00 I paid. It's not even a 2 star. Very dissatisfied
