La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Santa Fe

The staff are exceptional. Every time I stay they are kind and attentive. Seamless execution from check in to check out. I am treated like family which is a pleasant experience when traveling and staying in hotels. The rooms are very nice and still affordable. People always mention showers, mold, bugs in hotel reviews. Happy to report zero bugs or mold and well kept, hot showers in the rooms. This is a pet friendly hotel with pet relief areas. There can be some traffic noise depending on the night of your stay but Santa Fe is a sleepy place compared to most and you can expect restful sleep environments by 10pm or earlier almost every night. Also located conveniently near dining out or order in options. Overall 10/5 stars. I really appreciate this La Quinta location!

When we walked into the lobby; we were not greeted. (Raelynn was Front desk agent) we arrived approximately at 2.55pm. There were 5 guests sitting down waiting to check in. There was nothing but silence in the lobby and everyone was looking at each other; not sure what was happening; I believe she was doing the due outs for the day. We never received an explanation or smile. We asked Raelynn a few questions regarding public transportation. She directed us 10 min from hotel. after self-research...there is a bus stop in front of hotel and the rear of the hotel that takes you to downtown plaza. She seemed unhappy and didn't want to be bother with guest. Overall experience...dissatisfied with this hotel experience.

Positive: The suite we rented in and of itself was very cool & worth the $$$ . Most places would want much more than what we paid to rent out a suite so nice... Negative: The man who was working the front desk at check out was super shady, unprofessional & made me extremely uncomfortable

Staff was incomparable....Mgr. went above duty in helping out with an unfortunate occurrence we had in SantaFe. The lady that oversaw the breakfast 😋 was very attentive and provided not only desirable food (this 🧇 & ☕️ other breakfast items) but kept area stocked and she was quick to keep it VERY CLEAN. Do NOT FORGET TO TIP HER in the jar provided . Most of the staff made our week long stay better than what it could have been...with the car 🚗 trouble, & everything else we encountered 🥴.

Spent $78 bucks per night here w/ included breakfast. Can't really beat it for the price. I would call it a motel, not a hotel as it was listed. Things are a bit worn, but clean. Location is great. Staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was standard fair for this kind of thing. Not much else to say, overall pretty happy with our stay.
