La Quinta Inn By Wyndham IH-10 West San Antonio TX

I have stayed at Laquinta in several Locations in Texas , this and the one in Galveston is by far the dirtiest one I have stayed in. The room did not feel clean, I had to wipe down the entire room before I felt comfortable. The pillows was worse than the ones I have at home. The dinning area chairs was old and messed to be replaced. We stayed on the 7th floor and the carpet was filthy and needs to be deep cleaned. The drivers for the shuttle was awesome, however the bus is just as filthy and smells like smoke. We will never stay at this location again. We should receive a refund. The owners need to be ashamed of themselves. Not ok. The Johnson Family

I would not recommend this hotel at all. Homeless camping out nearby. Room had no working locks on the door. Black mold on the shower wall. Termite and rust damage on the door entering the shower. Floor was not clean. Shower head rusted and full of calcium deposits. Avoid.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Shower was less than desirable with no place for your shampoo and soap. We had to place them on the floor.

We had a good experience here. Plenty of parking. Our room was clean. No bugs or mold. Sheets were clean and crisp with several pillows that were also very clean. Only issue was the door lock was a little loose and the U-lock was missing. Breakfast was great! Highway is a bit noisy. I received my $40 deposit back. Will stay here again!

Liked staying in the rooms . Had no trouble getting my deposit back until this last time . They charged 110 for the room never got my deposit back. I called they said i didnt get it because room had a small smeel of weed . Knowing the front desk guy went in the room as soon as i walked out and he said nothing . Wich he shouldn’t have because i dont smoke at at all because of my health . RiDICILOUS…they lost my buisness
