We enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, clean room with plenty of space, I liked the layout. Had dish satellite and good movie choices. We had a quiet stay with no people yelling outside our door or down below. However, I did have to use the stairs to the 3rd floor because the elevator had a failed inspection paper. The elevator was not taped off so I assumed it was ok so I rode it once up to my floor and it felt like it was gonna break so I decided to take the stairs with my disability. Luckily there was no snow. For breakfast they offered cold cereal, waffles and bagel/toast. Had 2 juice choices and coffee, which was decent, even tho there was no creamer. Overall had a good stay at a good price. Might use this location again if I can get a good price.

It was a last minute emergency visit to Colorado due to a family member being ill, so of course when looking for a place this and another 2 hotels were available and due to my family already being tired due to the long drive this was the closest to get to. I’ll be honest it wasn’t that bad area, but yes it smelled like people smoking around the building which is funny because they had signs all over saying “NO SMOKING ALLOWED” unfortunately…, I dooo get headaches with the smell and people don’t give a damn about other people’s health. So when I arrived the check in was pretty fast and easy, got to the room and the bathroom seemed to be a slightly dirty so I had to clean it for my family’s safety’s health. I disinfected the entire room, but it wasn’t that bad of a room either other than the

I stayed here for 2 days during the snow storm to stay closer to work. I work over nights so I wasnt there during the night just the day for sleeping. I was charged $100 for the security deposit and $35 for an early check in time which was fine. It's now been 3 days since I checked out at 6:30 am and only received part of the security deposit and noticed another random $14 unauthorized charge to my card while I was at work. I took videos of a before and after of the hotel room as I always do to prove nothing was damaged. Ive called the hotel, one time with an answer, the dude who I could barley understand told me the morning shift would call me back. They never did. I called again today 4 times and my calls are being ignored. I'm going to be disputing the chargers with my bank. Completely

One of my worst hotel experiences. 1. The room I was initially given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (I am allergic). I had to request a different room, and they did provide one. However, they should ensure that rooms are free of such odors before assigning them to other guests. 2. On the second day, the toilet was clogged and the water overflowed. I asked the front desk to please have it repaired and also to clean the room, since the water had spread throughout the bathroom and part of the room. They only fixed the toilet but did not clean the affected area. 3. The room is supposed to be cleaned every three days. We stayed from Friday 02/13, and it was not until yesterday (our last night) that the room was finally cleaned. 4. The housekeeping supervisor was the most rude, aggressive,
