La Quinta by Wyndham San Antonio by Frost Bank Center

So disappointed in the stay we had here at this hotel!!! The service was great checking in and checking out; however, the room was old and raggedy and not thoroughly cleaned. There was a party in two rooms on our floor smoking and playing music from a loud speaker until 2am!!! There was only one set of towels in the room. The breakfast area was scant and there was a dog walking around the kitchen and eating area. We left and went to McDonald's. Unless you enjoy this kind of environment, this is the place for you. We stayed here to be close to tournament fields. This place really shouldn't be opened until they fix all the issues. Never again!

The stay at La Quinta at this location was okay. I had no issues with my room reservation, the staff, or my comfort in the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the HVAC unit worked exactly like it was supposed to. I have two complaints about my stay. There was only one washcloth in the restroom for taking showers. This wasn't a problem for me since I was traveling alone for this business trip; but if I was traveling with my spouse, we would have needed more towels than we were given. The last issues, which is a big one for me, is that breakfast was fairly light. I have stayed at many La Quinta locations over the years with a more robust breakfast. This business is not understanding what hospitality means. You’re in the hospitality business. You lack severely in knowledge of your industry. Let’s start with the larger issue at hand. You are required to provide a habitable space for your patrons. It has specific requirements that you fail to meet. You have mold throughout your hotel. You lack knowledge that by the TDLR regulations cannot have health hazards. Had you simply changed the room or offered a refund you would have not ran into this situation of now pending a health inspection. And other issues I can’t post here about. You’ve got a really big problem ahead of you. Learn how to do customer service. Your only concern is making money. That comes with good customer service. But when you only care about the money. You’ll fail. Ever

Positive: The breakfast was great! The bed was very comfortable. Negative: The bathroom in room 212 needs some drywall repairs by the shower in the bathroom

The staff was very nice .Had a wonderful stay at this place .The room was clean and comfy. The location was convenient.Especially that texas shaped waffles in the breakfast i liked them very much . Will recommend this hotel to everyone
