La Mer Beachfront Resort

We had our wedding reception at the La Mer/Pier House this November, and it was truly the best day of our lives. From the very beginning, the team made everything effortless. We first met Kristina during the booking process, and she was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient as she showed us the venue multiple times. Her professionalism and kindness made us feel instantly confident in our choice. From there, we worked with Gab, who was an absolute dream to collaborate with. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuinely sweet personality made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The Property is beachfront. We stayed a weekend in January and it was lovely. Staff are professional and helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern with wooden/laminated floors and windows/sliding glass doors across the width of the room. Also large balconies. Very pleased with our stay!

Absolutely magical! We had the best time. Room was gorgeous, bed comfortable and the staff so friendly! The restaurant was exceptional! We ate every meal there. Sandra was fantastic and made us feel like family! We'll be back! Thank you.

I will not be returning to this resort - nor will the seven families that come every summer for a week. Yesterday, we traveled here after a hazardous ice storm in North Jersey - conditions were not good - it took us five hours (typically 2.5 hrs) and a car accident because I was pressured into coming to avoid losing my $432.00 for a one-night stay. I called to ask if we could reschedule our night to another date, but we were refused. Told I needed to cancel 14 days in advance. Next time, I will try to predict the weather better. Also, told that since I booked the room on Booking.com, it wasn't their reservation. Well, I stayed at their resort. I’m sure they got paid for the room. Check in was a breeze! Room was ready well before 4 pm. The hotel staff, specially Jason during check in was helpful and informative. Upon check out, Samier was helpful when I asked to depart early- I simply told him I’d leave the hotel keys in the room and he said perfect- and I went ahead with my day.||My stay was brief but well worth it. The rooms are a little dated- the balcony has what looked like a kiddie gate separating all the other rooms. But who really sits out in Dec Thankfully the rooms have kitchenette’s and a nice size fridge. We awoke to Cape May’s first snow fall in idk how long! It was a beautiful day! Wawa and other convenient places are nearby in driving distance. ||Highly recommend the La Mer beach resort
