Knights Inn San Antonio near Frost Bank Center

One of the worst experiences I have had I made complaints to the manager about safety concerns and was recipitated with attitude and the accusations of drug paraphernalia specifically needles being found in the room after my checkout that was supposedly found by housekeeping and housekeeping stated that they spoke to me about it before I left which they did not. I was asked to return to the property and I'm doing so now I'll repost a review afterwards.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Smells of smoke. Dirty room, paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom bad previous leaks, pool didn’t lock children running in & out, room next door had at least 12 people coming in and out, also fridge was unplugged for some reason, no Continental breakf

It is an older Hotel, but very clean. All the staff has been very nice! We brought our 2 dogs and it was only $10 a dog per night. And we decided to stay an extra night, and they price matched what was online! We will definitely stay here again!

Had to stay here for a week while the main breaker at my house was being fixed. Everyone was awesome!! The rooms were nice and literally half the price of the hotel across the highway!! I'll be going back during the summer to swim in that beautiful pool they have!!!

This might have been the worst motel stay I've ever experienced. Beginning as an excruciating check-in experience while they debated for what seemed an eternity over what room to give me. The room I received was a disaster. It felt dirty and it left me with an unsettled feeling. They are in an interesting catch-22 position because they certainly can't raise their rates without renovating and they certainly can't fund a renovation without raising their rates. Stay here if you must, but if you can afford to spend more, then go elsewhere. It's a good reminder that you get what you pay for.
