The television actually had all channels in good quality, BUT THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS STICKY, the linens were NOT WHITE and the the front desk was annoyed when I asked for CLEAN linens. I thanked him and walked away. However, I had to take the time to express my DISCONTENT for the price.

I ordered a room for my fiance and I these people were totally disrespectful and totally rude as soon as they saw we were brown people as if they are not. The gentleman at the front desk kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain and then called the police as if we were posing a threat. I don't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and we went down the road as the police drove us and rented a room from them. When I requested my money back they kept sending me on a wild goose chase so I ultimately had to have my bank get it back. As long as you are not Brown they will treat you just right and all of there rooms smell like cigarettes and are not properly secured, I did stay previously and had to get my room switched 3 times because of that. This place should be anyone's last resort j

It's super expensive for what you get. The dresser drawers wouldn't even stay shut and the smoke alarm beeped the entire time we were there. Also bathroom sink was clogged plus no microwave or mini fridge in rooms period.

This place is awful. The carpet in the room look like it had not been vacuumed and I could pick up things off the floor. The walls behind the trashcan were disgustingly dirty. There was a spring poking through the mattress that I could feel the first time I laid on the bed. Only one of the lamps worked. I am a handicap person and the handicap spots were taken up by vehicles without a tag or pass in the window. Two vehicles had people sitting in them. When I brought it to the attention of the security officer, he was rude and nasty, and had no sympathy to my situation. The hotel representative suggested I park in the back of the hotel and walk with my things around to the front .
