Knights Inn Nashville

The rooms are clean. Room service is respectful and thorough. The facility is secure with minimal access in and fully monitored. The staff are hospitable and kind. The price is rather cost effective and you can't beat the beautiful view of downtown Nashville. At night the brilliantly lit high rise takes your breath away. The coolest is the "Batman" building! Tallest in the great state of Tennessee. Google it :D If your in the area this is a great place to stay.

The location is very good for the football and going anywhere. It is easy to get on the highway. You don't hear any noise from the highway. The rooms were clean, the bed were comfortable and the pressure in the shower was really nice. The rates were very good almost $50 less than everywhere else for the weekend. They have a good variety of food for breakfast. Check in was very easy and fast. The staff were very kind too.

The rooms were basic, its not a luxury stay & I wasn't looking for that, however for this price point I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless , it had a larger then usual mini- fridge , microwave, hanging flat screen,lots of fluffy pillows & a cozy bed. The water pressure was amazing too & you never get that anywhere . Was it in the best location?? No,however it was on the outskirts of a major Metropolitan city ( Nashville) and I never felt like I was in danger. The staff was there to greet me & the gentleman who welcomed me was lovely & efficient. He had me checked in quickly,gave me directions to my room, assisted me on where to park ( I did pay $10 for 24 hour parking which i don't mind, parking in Nashville is nuts!) Positive: Location to downtown was decent but area itself was pretty scetchy Negative: We wanted a non smoking room but stunk like smoke from bathroom fans pulling smoke into room, there was a cockroach, cigarette butt in the window sill, bed cover sheet had a cigarette butt burn

Perfect location for what we wanted to do in Nashville. John was at the front when we checked in and when we left. Absolutely stellar customer service and such an awesome guy. Set us up with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, no sign of bedbugs, perfect for the price point. We got a good night's sleep (understand that you are sleeping in a city and there will be car noise) While we did not use the shower, the bathroom and towels were clean. About as good as complimentary hotel breakfast gets. Thanks for having us!
