I had a power outage in my neighborhood and I needed a place where I could plug in my phone and set my alarm for my 4 AM wakeup call. Plus, it was summertime and I wanted air conditioning My bedcover was completely covered in burns. Many, many holes with black around the edges. Some burned completely through. I suspect someone had been burning drugs on that bed and the owners never bothered to replace the bedspread. Very discomforting

My husband and I needed a room for the night we were just there to sleep for a bit a then continue driving I’ve called the front desk various times to let them know that the key was in the room when we left but to no avail no one answered I’ve called 20 times even when the front desk person was there and they didn’t even bother to answer the phone. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and not even clean we slept until 5 and we left from how uncomfortable and disgusting it was

I WAS WOKEN UP TO A BED BIG AT 3 AM I WAS NOT OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM, THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THEY TOLD ME THEY’D HAVE TO CALL A COMPANY. I COLLECTED THE BUG IN A BOTTLE AND GAVE IT TO THEM THEY STILL DIDN’T GIVE ME A REFUND. THEY CLAIM ANYBODY COULD’VE BROUGHT IT BUT IT WASN’T ME AND I DONT WANT TO TAKE ANYTHING WITH ME!!!! THE MORNING SHIFT ASKED ME DID A WANT A FREE ROOM AFTER SEEING HOW HURT I WAS!!!! BUT I DONT WANT ANOTHER ROOM THAT ONE MIGHT BE INFESTED TOO!!

Absolutely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I had a legitimate family emergency that forced me to cut my stay short. When I called to explain the situation and inquire about a refund for the unused nights I had already paid for, I was assured—without hesitation—that a refund would be issued. Based on that confirmation, I packed up and even ordered transportation. However, the moment I arrived at the front office to turn in my key, the staff completely backpedaled on their promise and refused the refund. No explanation. No accountability. Just a flat-out reversal of what I was told over the phone minutes earlier. As a result, I had to cancel my ride and waste even more time and money. This level of inconsistency and disregard for customer circumstances is infuriating. Do not waste

The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and there isn't turndown service available, you have to clean your own room and change your own sheets and do everything yourself. The cable doesn't work in my room, I'm not sure about the others.
