Hotel staff refuses to move me even with a busted pipe due to my room being dirty so went and cleaned my room hotel staff refuses to look at my room due to boss telling them not to move me until he sees the room so I have to stay in a unsanitary room or go elsewhere those are my options. So how am I supposed to sleep or be comfortable in my own space?!?!?! Isn't this in line with a lawsuit. Hotel staff are supposed to clean the rooms but barely do. I wish I could post pictures of how I'm supposed to wait with the bathroom light full of waste water. BTW the receptionist was conducting inappropriate behavior asking for a ride home and being all friendly but now is acting complete opposite cause of a little mess in my room. HORRIBLEEE SERVICE!!! Stayed here for about 2/3 weeks on and off during a difficult time for me and my family. The girl they have for housekeeping doesn’t clean anything I had to beg everyday for my room to be cleaned it never got that from saying you have to be in the rooms at the time (which I’m gone for work and don’t return until later) come to find out they still don’t clean them if you’re there. She cleaned the room twice the entire time and she make her daughter help and do most the running around when she did clean. The other times I had to yell from the 3rd floor to her about towels and sheets she never replaced after I script the bed.The night staff old lady with short blonde hair mouth and attitude is ridiculous from jump I didn’t like her tone or her rushing people to get back

Place is a Nightmare. They watch you Leave , than they go in your room and steal your stuff. They kick you out for complaining and keep your deposit. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to Nobody.0 stars

I was here delivering a food order to someone staying here. The location is really hard to get into and out love. Where it's located and the condition of the immediate parking area, actually made me uncomfortable. I was glad to have my adult son riding with me as usual. I was really happy when I saw they had elevators, as the order I was delivering was on the top floor, which I believe is the 4th floor, until I saw that the elevators did not work, and quite frankly probably haven't worked in years. On the top floor and orb weaver spider had built her web across what would be the opening of the elevator if it still opened, and in the middle of the day she was still there. Wouldn't recommend. Front desk is rude, room never get cleaned, pipes are messed up, lighting messed up, electrical messed up, if you can save your money
