The room was clean, decent, and affordable. The location is convenient, right on a bus line and close to restaurants and convenience stores, which is a strong benefit. However, my experience with the owner’s wife was disappointing and needs to be addressed. I was told the lobby was closed when I attempted to sit there, and later, while sitting outside my room during carpet replacement, I was told to go back inside. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. The tone and approach felt unnecessarily dismissive. Clear communication about common area access and guest expectations is important, but so is respectful customer service. The owner himself was friendly and pleasant. Positive: Friendly, accommodating, quiet Negative: Yes a man staying next to my room 110, think his room was 111, he kept coming out looking Everytime I pulled up or someone came to room. He came outside and stared. We felt lil creeped out.

Customer service was very welcoming... I would suggest showing the actual room that is being purchased, and maybe offer a little flexibility on price. There is potential for becoming more unique and satisfying. Kind Regards

I Get A Room At This Hotel Every Day . Until This Morning . The Manager Expresses To Me That I Owe Him $50 Because My 3 Year Old Had A Small Accident On The Sheet . Really Y’all ? I Feel Like They Were Looking For Any Reason To Put Me On ‘Do Not Rent’ . The Husband And Wife Are RUDE . They Do Not Like Black People With Children . All I Ever Did Was Enjoy My Stay .
