They have remodel the rooms. They are decent, more modernized. TV hangs on the wall, wifi is good, electronic burner built into the counter top, fake wood floor, black refrigerator and microwave. In today's economy their weekly price is very competitive for this area. I felt safe in the day time however, at night I would recommend that you stay in your room and keep to yourself.

Since I been here my experience been good, the manager Ms Ashley and the housekeeper Ms Kishi have been very Nice with Great Hospitality. The rooms are clean and renovated ,and there's a (No smoking) policy so you have to smoke outside witch is fine and it's been quite around here peoples not hanging out all day or all night, so all and all so far I'm Happy with my stay 😀 Thanks

I stayed here before and decided to come back — and the change is obvious. The rooms are fully renovated, super clean, and feel like a fresh start. The new general manager runs things with structure and professionalism, and it really shows throughout the property. Everyone’s gonna have their own opinion about the manager, but I say come try it for yourself. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place, this one has definitely leveled up.

Stayed at Efficiency Lodge Forest Park during my work travels and was honestly impressed. The room was really clean, the property was quiet, and everything was in order. They make sure you know the rules upfront, which keeps things running smoothly and avoids confusion. The kitchenette is convenient, though I do wish the stove had four burners and the sink was a bit bigger — makes washing dishes tricky. Still, it’s a great stay for the price and I’d definitely come back.

Yeah, the rules are strict — they explain everything up front and stick to it. But honestly, I respect it now. This place used to be all over the place with the old management, and now it’s made a complete 360. The rooms are fully renovated, the energy is peaceful, and they keep things in order. And let me just say — Kishi is amazing with housekeeping. It’s nothing like walking into your room and not finding a single thing to complain about.
