Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East

I am disabled; I don’t get around very easily and use a walker. I stayed at this Quality Inn for a few weeks while my house was being worked on. The hotel itself is average, but the front desk guy, Shekar made my stay here better. He is incredibly helpful and consistently went out of his way to make sure that I was okay, and made accommodations for my disability. I definitely would stay here again just because of his great customer service and hospitality.

The front desk person was terrible at giving directions to the shuttle. This hotel is apparently not authorized to bring people to and from the airport, so he sent me to a badly marked section of the lower level. I tried to tell him when I arrived that it would be helpful to begin his description of where the pick-up was as NOT at the regular hotel shuttle pick-up area, to which he claimed that is what he did; it was not. Why is this hotel not authorized to pick people up from the airport? I would never ever stay here again. Further, the room had problems. The sink leaked water whenever I used it, the toilet rocked, and the fridge didn’t have a freezer (which the front desk person told me it did when I purchased something that needed to be frozen). I cannot believe Delta would use this

I had a business meeting in Atlanta and booked a room at the Quality Inn East hotel.||Excellent rooms service and shuttle drivers was very polite and helpful.

If I had known how unsafe and unclean this place was I would have let my daughter sleep on the airport floor rather than bring her here. Sheets had not been washed. Hair on pillows. Strong marijuana smell, even stronger in the bathroom. The “24 hour shuttle” was not available to us because it was overbooked. There is a hole in the wall by the door that’s been painted over but not patched. I’m stunned that delta sent me there, and if you read this review please stay in the airport rather than subject your family to this.

This hotel was okay i didn't like that it didn't have a phone or microwave in the room. The remote you had to go get it from the front desk and the microwave was in the hallway by the elevator and the beds was so soft that if you sit on the bed it's halfway on the floor, but the room was nice inside
